BTS at our Home
We had Tyler with Killowen Construction over this week to film some behind-the-scenes moments talking through the home project updates. The snow melted and pushed our lights off the porch just in time to film (Syd the groundskeeper will not be happy about that).

Annual Gingerbread Competition
Our office holds a gingerbread house building competition every year – the home design aspect feels very appropriate given the business. Love how these turned out this year! The level of detail in the marketing team’s house was unmatched and they took home first prize!

The Season in Sezane
My love for a blazer runs deep and this cut from Sezane is one of my tried-and-true favorites (I also have it in camel). It strikes the perfect balance between oversized and tailored and this new color is so beautiful for this time of year. I am dressing it up with suede boots (like these) and down with sneakers and a baseball cap all season long.

My days this time of year fluctuate between sneakers and leggings to velvet and rhinestones and I have zero complaints.
